Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at 4p.m.!!
On Mondays, we have our weekly Monday Funday where we play fun games such as dodgeball, volleyball, or wiffleball. On Tuesdays and Fridays, we host a easy workout consisting of warm ups, (such as jumping jacks and mountain climbers and stretches), then we do a core workout on mats (such as planks, sit-ups, and supermans), we do an arm circle challenge, where we do some bible trivia and recite bible verses. Finally, finish up with some wind sprints. After we catch our breath, we play a fun game of dodgeball.
